- Our quarter beef is the best size for a small family, or for people who are just starting out in ordering their beef. They weigh typically around 220 pounds.
- Our half beef option in best suited for larger families, for people who love beef, or simply have lots of freezer room! They weigh typically around 450 pounds.
- Our whole beef option is the best deal. All of the best cuts, all of the savings. They can weigh around 850 pounds, and do require a lot of freezer room, but it makes up for it.
Need a smaller portion?
- Our 20 pound freezer packs are also available. They include a variety of prime steaks (striploin, t-bone, prime rib) as well as ground beef and roasts. Ideal for a single person or couple! These are available for $250.
