Since Timber has opened, we have worked with Chris and Marianne to supply its customers with the best Angus and Wagyu beef there is to offer. Chris himself has a lot of experience in the restaurant and food preparation industry, so it made sense to have Timber prepare our beef together to unleash its potential! 

His Sunday Prime Rib roasts are a huge hit, as well as his holiday and special events we are lucky to be able to provide the beef for.
