Our process for grazing patterns, as well as collecting hay in the summer, allows the cows to be as healthy and as full as possible, which makes them taste all the better for you!

None of our cows, grass-feed or not, are given any unnecessary and dangerous antibiotics or other treatments to make them grow too fast for them to support. Plus, as grass-fed, they are naturally leaner, have lower amounts of saturated fat and cholesterol.
